ORDERING
We strive to make your order journey as easy-to-follow and nice as possible. Please note that the items in your shopping cart may be purchased by other clients until your order has been fully processed and accepted by Ode Stockholm. In other words, placing an item in the shopping cart does not make the item reserved.
Please also note that prolonged inactivity might cause the selection of products to get lost.

Once you have placed your order and clicked “pay”, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. We recommend you to carefully read through your order confirmation and save it for future contact, and to make sure that your shipping address etc. is correct. Please note that the order confirmation e-mail is an automated acknowledgement that we have received your order, however it is not a full acceptance of that same order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, occur as a result from one of the following situations:
If an ordered is not accepted but we already have received payment for it, we will refund the amount to you.
Ode Stockholm is not responsible for incorrect personal information that might lead to problems with delivery, or other issues. If there are any typing mistakes or other errors, we recommend you contact our customer service immediately.
PAYMENT
In cooperation with Worldline (Götgatan 74, Stockholm, Sweden), we offer you the following payment methods.
When paying with a credit card, the purchase amount is reserved once you receive the order confirmation and is debited once we have accepted your order by sending you the shipping confirmation. Payments are made in Swedish krona (SEK) for all shipments.
Please note that if you choose to pay by invoice or installments, additional fees may be applicable. If this is the case, the additional fees will be stated at checkout.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund or cancel your invoice. Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.
ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the shop. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate and cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
We do not guarantee that all items included in our web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will strive to contact you as soon as possible by phone or by e-mail.
We cannot promise that the content of our site is always free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. We may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although we strive to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop, we ask you to please inform us of this, to enable us to give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order.
PRICING
All prices on products, delivery charges and other services are shown in Swedish krona (SEK) and include value added tax (VAT).
Please note that the delivery costs are not included in the prices for the goods. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage, and further down on this page.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Ode Stockholm currently ships to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Åland, and United States of America. Please notice that we will ship to additional countries over time.
We offer free shipping on all orders over 1 500 SEK / 150 € / 150 $. For orders below the shipping threshold, a standard shipping flat rate will be applied as per below. Delivery within 2–5 business days. Free returns apply.

If the order is accepted and processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you containing detailed ordered information. You will receive a delivery confirmation and tracking number by e-mail as soon as we have shipped your order.
An order that has not been picked up by the service point after receiving a notification or if our courier is not able to reach you for the delivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse and Ode Stockholm has the right to issue a penalty cost.
We also offer purchase (Swish) and pick-up at Ode Stockholm studio. By appointment only. For bookings, please contact us at info@odestockholm.com.
RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND COMPLAINTS
Ode Stockholm accepts returns and/or exchanges within 14 days (including Saturday and Sunday) from the date you have received the product. Please note that it’s your responsible to register your return online within your return period of 14 days, counted from the day that you collect or receive the order. In addition, you must return the item(s) no later than 14 days of receipt.
The returned item(s) must be unused and in mint condition with labels and original packaging fully intact, in order for us to accept and refund a return. Ode Stockholm is not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to our warehouse.
If you choose to withdraw your purchase, we will reimburse you the amount of the returned products within 14 days, according to consumer law, after that you have notified us about the return. Ode Stockholm offers free returns. Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded.
All returns must be registered HERE as the first step. Please make sure to state your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Once you have received a confirmation from us, make sure to pack the item properly, ideally into the original parcel provided, and return it to us using the prepaid return label provided to you (through a depot or through a scheduled pick-up of your package).
Please ensure you receive proof of postage or delivery. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Once we have processed your returns, your payment for the goods (including the initial standard delivery charge) will be refunded by Ode Stockholm as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have received the goods.
If you receive a faulty and/or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. Ode Stockholm’s quality guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. Ode Stockholm cannot be held responsible for defects due to failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness, defects, and damage due to normal wear/tear and aging. According to Swedish law, you have a three-year right of complaint.
