ORDERING PROCESS
If the order is accepted and processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you containing detailed ordered information. You will receive a delivery confirmation and tracking number by e-mail as soon as we have shipped your order.
An order that has not been picked up by the service point after receiving a notification or if our courier is not able to reach you for the delivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and Ode Stockholm has the right to issue a penalty cost.
We also offer purchase (Swish) and pick-up at Ode Stockholm studio. By appointment only. For bookings, please contact us at info@odestockholm.com.
VAT AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Within the EU: If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, no extra VAT or customs duties will apply. The prices shown at checkout already include the applicable VAT rate for the destination country.
Outside the EU: For deliveries to addresses outside the EU (including the United States), the prices shown at checkout do not include VAT. Depending on local regulations, your order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and/or handling fees once it arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate these costs in advance, as they vary by country, and order value.
Ode Stockholm accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that it is your responsibility to register your return online within this 14-day period, counted from the day you receive or collect your package. The product(s) must then be returned to us within the following 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in mint condition, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Please note: due to hygiene and safety regulations, perfumes are non-returnable — even if unopened.
Ode Stockholm is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping back to our warehouse.
If you choose to withdraw your purchase, we will refund the amount of the returned items within 14 days of your return notice, in accordance with consumer law. Ode Stockholm offers free returns. Please note, however, that shipping costs for uncollected packages, additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges that may occur for orders outside of the European Union, will not be refunded.
All returns must be registered HERE as the first step. Please make sure to state your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Once you have received a confirmation from us, make sure to pack the item properly, ideally into the original parcel provided, and return it to us using the prepaid return label provided to you (through a depot or through a scheduled pick-up of your package).
Please ensure you receive proof of postage or delivery. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Once we have processed your returns, your payment for the goods (including the initial standard delivery charge) will be refunded by Ode Stockholm as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have received the goods.
If you receive a faulty and/or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. Ode Stockholm’s quality guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. Ode Stockholm cannot be held responsible for defects due to failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness, defects, and damage due to normal wear/tear and aging. According to Swedish law, you have a three-year right of complaint.
